Milan — the capital of northern Italy and a global centre of fashion, design and finance. Here modern life blends with historic masterpieces.
Flying from Tbilisi
Milan is served by three airports — Malpensa (MXP), Linate (LIN) and Bergamo (BGY). Wizz Air often runs low-cost flights from Kutaisi to Bergamo.
Connecting routes via Istanbul or Vienna are common. Total time — 5-9 hours.
Price and season
A one-way ticket starts around $90 (often cheaper to Bergamo with Wizz). The best season is spring and autumn. Summer is hot and crowded.
Visa
Italy is a Schengen member. Georgian citizens with a biometric passport can enter visa-free under the 90/180-day rule (with an ETIAS authorisation once ETIAS is live).
