1. General principles
Travel365 is a flight search platform — we help users find tickets and redirect them to the airline or booking site for purchase. Buying, refunding and canceling tickets happens directly with the ticket seller — the airline or booking agency. Travel365 does not process payments, so refunds follow the seller's policy.
2. Ticket cancellation and refunds
Cancellation conditions are determined by the airline's fare rules. There are generally two main categories: • Refundable ticket — can be canceled with a service fee or for free, depending on the fare rules. • Non-refundable ticket — the ticket fare is not refunded if canceled. A partial refund of taxes and fees may still be possible, depending on the airline's policy.
3. Where to request cancellation
You should request cancellation at the site or agency where you bought the ticket: • Airline's official website — if purchased online directly; • Booking agency — if purchased via Booking.com, Expedia, Kiwi.com etc.; • avia.ge — if purchased via avia.ge. 4. Cancellation timing
Cancellation windows vary by airline and fare: • 24-hour window — some airlines (especially US carriers) allow cancellation within 24 hours of purchase with a full refund. • X days before flight — many tickets allow cancellation 24–72 hours before the flight, with a corresponding fee deducted. • After the flight — cancellation is generally not possible.
5. Flight canceled by the airline
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking. In that case: • Contact the airline directly; • For tickets purchased via avia.ge — contact us and we'll help resolve the situation.
6. Refund timing
Funds are returned to your account within: • 5–20 business days for credit/debit card payments; • 3–10 business days for bank transfers. Exact timing depends on your bank and the airline/agency policy.
7. Travel365 / avia.ge responsibility
Because Travel365 is a search platform and does not sell tickets directly, we are not responsible for: • The seller refusing to issue a cancellation; • The amount or timing of refunds; • Any restrictions imposed by airline fare rules. For tickets purchased through avia.ge, avia.ge's specific booking conditions apply.
