1. General provisions
Travel365 (hereafter "the Platform") is a flight search and comparison service operated by avia.ge. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms of use. Please read this document carefully before using the service.
2. Nature of the service
Travel365 is a search and comparison tool. We aggregate data from various airlines and booking systems and display available options to the user. Ticket purchases happen directly on the third party's (airline or booking agency) website. Travel365 is not a ticket seller and does not process payments.
3. Accuracy of information
We strive to keep price and availability information current and correct. However, prices may change in real time and ticket availability may be limited. The final price is confirmed at the booking site after you're redirected. Travel365 does not guarantee that prices will remain unchanged.
4. User obligations
When using the Platform, the user agrees to: • Provide correct and complete information when searching; • Not use the Platform for commercial purposes without permission; • Not attempt to cause technical disruption to the system; • Comply with the laws of Georgia while using the Platform.
5. Limitation of liability
Travel365 / avia.ge is not liable for: • The outcome of transactions carried out on third-party sites; • Damages caused by flight cancellations, delays or route changes; • Data loss or missed offers due to technical errors; • The accuracy of price or availability information in search results.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the Travel365 platform — design, text, logo, source code — are the intellectual property of avia.ge. Copying, republishing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
7. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with Georgia's "Law on Personal Data Protection". For full information on data processing, see our privacy policy.
8. Changes to terms
avia.ge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute will be heard under the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
